Daniel is an outstanding attorney. He is extremely responsive and has the ability to critically assess a situation and weigh the different possible outcomes. He is strategic and aggressive when necessary. Daniel is skilled both in and out of court. His questioning during direct and cross examination is exceptional. In my career I have had the opportunity to work with numerous attorneys and I can easily say his courtroom delivery rivals some of the best I’ve seen. The most important aspect to his representation of me is that he won the trial in family court. I would highly recommend Daniel to others involved with family court or require criminal representation.

Daniel represented my son, who is a young father and was very overwhelmed by the process of petitioning for joint custody of his daughter. Prior to meeting with Daniel my son and my granddaughter’s mother were in complete disagreement about all aspects of their case. With Daniel’s assistance, they were able to settle most of the details of the case prior to their hearing and ultimately settled the remaining matters on the day the hearing was scheduled. Daniel was thorough, strategic, and even familiar with the specific judge that was assigned to their case. He knew what to expect and prepared my son for the likely outcomes (and was correct about them). Additionally, he came up with creative solutions for disagreements that helped with quick resolution.
